How far in advance must I book travel?

Please contact us with at least a 48-hour notice of your requested travel time. We are unable to accommodate same-day travel requests.

Do you offer emergency services?

No. Alternative Transporation Systems does not offer emergency, ambulance or basic life support transportation. We specialize in non-emergency medical transportation i.e. bringing passengers to their routine medical appointments.

Do you take stretchers?

We do not. Passengers needing transportation by stretcher must contact an ambulance service.

Can my driver assist me down the stairs in my wheelchair?

Our team is trained to accommodate one step or curb. Wheelchair passengers who must traverse multiple steps are required to have an appointed medical professional or trusted personal escort to assist them in doing so.

Do you provide wheelchairs or oxygen tanks?

We are not licensed to provide wheelchairs or oxygen tanks.
